Account data: your email, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide.

Content data: the scripts, images, and reference material you upload, and the storyboards, keyframes, and videos we generate for you.

Usage data: how you interact with the product, generation history, credit transactions, device and log information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Payment data: billing information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive limited transaction metadata; we do not store full card numbers.

To provide the service — running the generation pipeline, storing your projects, and metering credits.

To operate and improve the product, secure it against abuse, and provide support.

To process payments and manage subscriptions.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

AI model and infrastructure providers: to generate your Outputs, your Inputs may be transmitted to third-party model providers and cloud/storage services. These providers process the data to return your results.

Payment processor: Stripe, to handle billing.

Service providers: authentication, hosting, storage (object storage / CDN), and analytics vendors that operate the product on our behalf.

Legal and safety: authorities where required by law, or to investigate abuse and protect users.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion as described below.

Depending on your location (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Reelfo and its providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Reelfo is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
