Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reelfo, Inc. ("Reelfo") handles personal data when you use our website and AI studio. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

Account data: your email, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide.

Content data: the messages you send to the studio assistant, the scripts, images, and reference material you upload, and the storyboards, keyframes, and videos we generate for you.

Usage data: how you interact with the product, generation history, credit transactions, device and log information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Where you came from: if you arrive through a tagged link (one that carries utm_ parameters or a partner code) or from a search engine or another site, we remember that source in a cookie for up to 60 days and, when you create an account, store the first and the most recent source with it. In the EU, the EEA and the UK we do this only after you accept.

Payment data: billing information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive limited transaction metadata; we do not store full card numbers.

To provide the service — running the generation pipeline, storing your projects, and metering credits.

To operate and improve the product, secure it against abuse, and provide support.

To process payments and manage subscriptions.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

AI assistant: the messages you send in the studio, together with your scripts and project details, are processed by OpenRouter and the third-party AI model providers it routes our requests to, so that the assistant can reply, plan your project, and write its storyboards. Conversation content is processed by third-party AI model providers and may be used for training. These providers handle the data under their own terms.

Image and video generation: the prompts and reference images needed to render your media are sent to the third-party image and video generation providers that produce your Outputs.

Video uploads: if you upload a video, its frames and audio are sent to the vision model and the speech-to-text service (ElevenLabs Scribe) we use so the assistant can understand what is in it. Your original videos are kept in private storage that only your account can read, and we do not publish them. If you ask for a video to follow one of your videos as a reference, a copy of the part you chose is sent to the video generation provider that makes it, so that it can see what to follow. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload.

Payment processor: Stripe, to handle billing.

Service providers: authentication, hosting, storage (object storage / CDN), and analytics vendors that operate the product on our behalf.

Legal and safety: authorities where required by law, or to investigate abuse and protect users.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion as described below.

Depending on your location (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Reelfo and its providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Reelfo is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
