Terms of Service

Reelfo ("Reelfo", "we", "us") is operated by Reelfo, Inc.. Reelfo is an AI studio that turns a prompt or script into a short film — generating storyboards, character references, keyframes, and video through a pipeline of third-party AI models.

By creating an account or using Reelfo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Reelfo. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under it.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Reelfo runs on a credit system. Paid plans and credit balances are described on the pricing page. Generating images and video consumes credits; each operation is metered and charged against your balance.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card details. Except where required by law, credits and fees are non-refundable once an operation has consumed them.

Prices and credit costs may change. Material changes to pricing will be communicated in advance and will not affect a billing period already paid for.

You retain ownership of the scripts, images, and other materials you upload ("Inputs"). You grant Reelfo a limited licence to process Inputs solely to operate the service and generate your results.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, the media Reelfo generates for you from your Inputs ("Outputs") is yours to use. Outputs generated while on a paid plan (Starter or above) may be used commercially; Outputs generated on the free tier are for personal and evaluation use only. The licence attaches when the Output is generated and is not withdrawn if you later change or cancel your plan. Ownership of AI-generated material can vary by jurisdiction; we make no warranty about the copyrightability of Outputs.

You are responsible for your Inputs and Outputs. You must have the rights to everything you upload, and you must not upload material that infringes others’ rights or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your use of Reelfo is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal content, non-consensual likenesses, deceptive deepfakes, and other harmful uses. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Reelfo generates media using third-party AI models and infrastructure providers. Your Inputs may be transmitted to these providers to produce your Outputs. Their processing is subject to their own terms; we select providers that support our operation but do not control their models.

The service may be unavailable, delayed, or degraded due to a provider outage or rate limiting. Generation can fail for reasons outside our control.

Reelfo, its software, branding, and website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no right to our trademarks or software beyond using the service as intended.

Reelfo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will meet your expectations or be free of third-party claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelfo, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Reelfo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
